Located in an existing landmark building near Madison Square Park in the Ladies’ Mile Historic District, this newly renovated commercial office space includes an upgraded entry and stair, a reception area, a large open office, private offices, conference rooms, a kitchen pantry, and individual bathrooms.The client sought to refresh their current second floor office space in preparation for potential tenants. All existing interior walls and doors, fixtures, ductwork, equipment, and wiring, as well as all built in millwork were removed.

We worked closely with the client worked to choose a neutral material palette of woods, white paints and tile, as well as sleek aluminum and glass partition walls. New HVAC units were installed to properly cool the space. Large, operable windows along the north and south walls fill the open area with plenty of natural lighting. The renovation successfully created a clean and modern interior core that contrasts the building’s historical facade.
